Classdiving Service was founded in 1985 as a diving company, and has been operating in Sierra Leone since 23 years. The company primarily offers certified and classified commercial diving services and marine contract work. It is the only commercially certified and classified diving contractor in Sierra Leone. Classdiving has a sister company named CS Diving Company Ltd., which has been operating in Ghana since 2015. The services include ship and equipment maintenance, repairs, port consulting, and bathymetric surveys (bathymetric measurements). Classdiving was approved as a service provider for the International Water Safety Service (IWS) by IACS Bureau Veritas. The company operates in various regions of Europe, South America, and Africa, particularly in the Caribbean region. The firm's activities are supported by the Takoradi Port Expansion Project.
