The 75 km trail passes through eight sections, including Stemenitsa, Dimitzana, Zigovisti, Elata, Vytina, Nymfasia, Magoulian, and Baltisnikos. The trail is easily accessible, just 200 km from Athens and 110 km from Kalamata airport.
