Vostok-1 Fishing Collective, founded in July 1991, is a well-known partner on both international and domestic markets. The company specializes in the deep-sea fishing of various species including Pacific cod, pollock, salmon, skate, macrurans, and black scabbardfish, with its products being frozen and environmentally friendly. Vostok-1 operates a fleet capable of diving to depths of up to 2500 meters and employs around 800 professionals. The company has been working closely with the TINRO-Center Institute for over 35 years on various long-term research programs. In recognition of its contributions, Captain Alexei Zuyko was awarded a certificate of gratitude by the Primorsky Krai Legislative Assembly.
