Mediterranean Maritime Academy, also known as Mediterranean Training Center, was founded in Limassol, Cyprus, in 2016 and is located in the area of the New Harbor. The Academy offers the training programs "OFFICER IN CHARGE OF A NAVIGATIONAL WATCH" and "OFFICER IN CHARGE OF AN ENGINEERING WATCH", which are accredited by the Cyprus Ministry of Shipping and lead to a Competency Certificate according to IMO standards. The Center boasts complete training facilities, including TRANSAS simulators for the bridge, engine room, ECDIS, liquid cargo handling, and GMDSS. It offers all STCW courses such as BRM, ERM, ECDIS Safety, Medical Courses, Safety Courses, Tanker Courses, and many more for its students and seafarers in Cyprus. The Center is accredited by the Cyprus Harbor Authority and certified by LRQA according to ISO 9001:2015.
