Spirit of Adventure Trust is a not-for-profit organisation based in New Zealand that empowers young New Zealanders through sea voyages, offering 10-day adventures aimed at fostering courage, leadership, resilience, and lifelong friendships. Every year, 1,200 young people participate in these life-changing experiences aboard the Spirit of Adventure. The programme supports the development of confidence, self-worth, and resilience, with participants spending highly engaged days away from technology and distractions. Since its founding, the organisation has transformed the lives of young people through millions of hours spent on water. As of 2023, over 1,200 young New Zealanders have benefited from these voyages.
