Independent Fisheries possesses its own processing facilities to produce high-quality frozen fish fillets, including de-headed Southern Blue Whiting fillets and pan-fried Hoki fillets. The company is 100 percent New Zealand-founded and was part of the Sealord Group conglomerate.
