Oddi is known for its high-quality processing of raw materials and has a long tradition in the salted food production segment. Since autumn 2020, the firm also produces salmon, where their unique pre-rigor filleting method lends better freshness and texture to the products. Oddi Hf. has technically modern processing equipment and comprehensive quality assurance systems that enable flexible production and the provision of products tailored to specific requirements.
