Headquartered in Houston, Texas, MWCC employs a mix of experienced engineers and crisis response specialists. The company consists of 8 member companies, which are some of the world’s largest offshore deepwater operators, making up roughly 70 percent of drilling activity in the deepwater U.S. Gulf of America. When activated for an incident response, MWCC deploys equipment designed to reach depths of up to 10,000 feet. The company is continuously ready to respond and engages in a rigorous ongoing training regimen to maintain response readiness.
