Yachtclub Untermain e.V. im ADAC operates a modern marina with 64 berths for boats up to 13 meters in length in Raunheim at the southern shore of the Main. The marina, located in a former lock chamber and protected from the main stream by a peninsula, offers a constant water level due to the Main's reservoir system. Situated directly next to Frankfurt am Main in the heart of the Rhine-Main region, the marina is easily accessible by car via the A3, A67, and B43 as well as by public transportation (S-Bahn S8 and S9). The Yachtclub Untermain has its own winter storage directly next to the marina for storing boats on land. The marina is distinguished with the maritime quality seal of DMYV and the environmental Blue Flag. The season runs from early April until late October, depending on the regulations set by Wasserstraßen- und Schifffahrtsverwaltung des Bundes (WSV).
