Ireland
Marine Search Rescue Service (Ireland) was founded by Jimmy Connors and Tony Cusack in 1986. The company has evolved into a respected organization within the field of marine search and rescue services over the past 30 years. The 26 volunteers provide services in Limerick and surrounding areas, where they are stationed with modern equipment at the Atlas Avenue main office. They also possess pontoons equipped with boats along the waterways of Limerick, which were funded through donations. These facilities allow them to respond quickly in emergency situations. Additionally, they organize summer camps to spread water safety knowledge.
