FPSO Ventures Sdn Bhd (FVSB) was incorporated in 2003 and is a subsidiary of MISC Berhad, Malaysia's leading logistics and maritime transportation company. The firm offers full-spectrum Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for offshore floating systems. FVSB began its first O&M management contract in 2005 for the FPSO Bunga Kertas in the Penara and North Lukut fields for PETRONAS Carigali. Today, FVSB operates 11 installations, including one FLNG, four FPSOs, five FSOs, and a set of two Mobile Production Units. The firm is currently the largest operator of floating production systems in Malaysian oil fields and manages nearly 25% of national domestic oil production. FVSB has recently entered the O&M sector of the Republic of Congo and offers Operations and global Maintenance services for the Nguya FLNG Offshore Project.
