National Coastwatch Institution is a volunteer-run UK Charity that deals with life-saving on land and at sea. The organisation works closely with the HM Coastguard, RNLI, and other emergency services to ensure the protection and rescue of people at sea and along the coasts of England and Wales. National Coastwatch operates various types of installations and vessels, including Canadian boats, fishing boats, and walkers in dangerous coastal stretches. The Institution has its own online shop facility, offering organic cotton clothing and accessories to gain support and simultaneously promote environmental awareness. National Coastwatch was founded in 2012 and has since established itself as an important part of the UK Search and Rescue services.
